You Have to See Snoop Dogg’s Impressive Puppy Painting for Martha

Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart at the Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber.

Snoop Dogg is so many things: iconic rapper, actor, TV show host, and now… artist? Some people were just born with a lot of talents and one of those people is definitely Martha’s friend, Snoop Dogg. Who knew that the successful performer and now co-host of “Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party” also has some serious painting skills?

This weekend, Martha tweeted a photo of a painting that Snoop Dogg gave her recently as a gift. Snoop’s subject was a puppy that he painted on a canvas using yellow, orange, red, and grey shades. “This is an original Snoop Dogg painting, and Snoop gave it to me as a gift! Very nice, don’t you think?” Martha captioned in the snap. We couldn’t agree more with her.

Snoop Dogg has previously talked about his passion for art. “I’ve always felt like painting was something I wanted to do, but I just never had time to do it,” he said in an interview last year. He even collaborated with Swedish sock brand “Happy Socks” on a short movie called, “The Art of Inspiration.” In it, Snoop revealed that “sometimes, the music in my life don’t explain exactly what I’m going through, so [painting] is another piece of the puzzle.”

One of his paintings, a Versace-inspired work of art, even sold for a whopping $10, 200 in 2014. Who knew?!

Just consider it another adorable moment in the friendship saga between Martha and Snoop:
