Silent Pool will be unveiling a gin garden at this year’s RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Gin lovers are probably familiar with the Intricately Realised gin, which is made with a delicate blend of 24 botanicals and bottled on-site in the beautiful, rural landscape of the Surrey Hills.

As part of Chelsea’s new Space to Grow category, the gin garden will draw inspiration from the unique surroundings where the award-winning Silent Pool gin is made.

Created by David Neale and Neale Richards Garden Design, the gin garden will incorporate a mix of sleek and hard landscaping – including textural Portland stone, Purbeck walling and weathered oak – with drifts of soft planting, to create a contemporary yet relaxing city haven.

This will be further enhanced with the gentle movement of a raised infinity pool ebbing into a lower reflective pool, and multi-stemmed trees providing a serenely private canopy.

Angelica and irises will represent the gin’s botanicals, offering bold punctuation and pops of colour.

And of course, there’ll be a nod to the gin-making process itself with polished copper distillation helmets, intricate laser-cut copper panels and a central ‘citrus peel’ sculpture.

The Chelsea Flower Show is open to the public from 22 – 26 May. Tickets are available to buy here.
