Farmer-florist Erin Benzakein’s successful business, Floret, began with just a double row of sweet peas planted in memory of her great-grandmother. While she usually creates large, show-stopping arrangements for weddings and events, sometimes just a few glass jars filled with aromatic sweet peas is all that’s needed for big impact. To keep it simple, group flowers peas by color.
