Bagatelle Garden is located on the outskirts of Paris and houses collections of roses, bulbs, peonies, iris, asters, pelargoniums. Its story is connected with the life of the last French queen, Marie Antoinette. The garden is designed in beautiful English and Chinese style with an area of 240,900 square meters. Basically, it had classic English design but later some peculiar elements and architectural details of Chinese style were incorporated. Ponds with swans and ducks give the garden an especially polished look, and I love lots of arches decorated with greenery and flowers.
